Refund & Returns Policy

    No Returns

    All products sold on mintyhustle.com are digital goods delivered electronically. Because of the instant-access nature of our products, there is nothing to physically return. Once a purchase is made and access is granted, the transaction is complete.

    No Refunds

    Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances once access to a product has been delivered. This is because the full value of the product is accessible immediately upon purchase, making it impossible to "return" in the traditional sense.

    We strongly encourage you to read all product descriptions, previews, and FAQs carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a product before buying, reach out to us at contact@mintyhustle.com and we'll be happy to help.

    Exceptions

    While we do not offer refunds, we will always do our best to make things right if something goes wrong on our end. If you experience any of the following, please contact us:

    • You did not receive access to your product after purchase
    • You were charged more than once for the same order
    • There was a technical error preventing you from accessing your product

    In these cases, we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly — whether that means resending access or issuing a correction.

    EU & UK Consumer Rights

    If you are based in the European Union or the United Kingdom, please note that by completing a purchase and gaining immediate access to a digital product, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 respectively, once access has been granted.
